“Killer Eddie” Chicken (Killer Eddie)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Makes 8 Serving

Ingredients:

8

Chicken Thighs (Skinless)

1 ½ Gallons Peanut Oil
The Egg Mix:

3 Eggs (Large)
3 Tablespoons Honey
(Whisk the 2 ingredients together and put in a large bowl.)

The Flour:

2 Cups Wondra (Self-rising Flour)
(Put the flour on a large flat plate.)

The Batter:

2 Cups Bisquick (Pancake Mix)
2 Eggs (Large)
1 Cup Milk
½ Cup Honey
½ Teaspoon Salt
(Whisk all of the batter ingredients together until smooth.)

Procedure:

Dip the thighs in the egg mix; remove.

Roll the egg-dipped thighs into the flour. Shake the excess flour off the thighs.

Dip the floured thighs into the batter; remove and let excess drip off.

Deep fry the batter dipped thighs in peanut oil at 350 Degrees Fahrenheit until done (approximately 20 minutes).
